Welcome to the launch of my blog!  As a farmer in rural Montana, I am always looking for ways to reach new people and share what is going on. Isn't that what is import?

Approximately two years ago I gave up my career in healthcare.  I had hit the wall, I was not myself and was really just not happy with the direction my life was headed.  My husband offered to let me stay home (he is an airline pilot) and work on our farm.  He gave me the opportunity of a lifetime!  My farm is full of daily challenges, not what you face when you are heading off to work in an office but things can sure go sideways in a hurry.

With my new freedom I opened that closet full of crafting supplies and found my neatly stacked boxes of beautiful paper and embellishments.  For years I had been buying supplies for the projects I did not have time to create.  So I started creating!  Then when Jim was on a trip one week, I invited a few friends over and they brought their projects.  That was the beginning of Bitterroot Paper Crafts.

Now I offer classes, creative time, and camaraderie for those that are local AND for those that are away.  We make cards, albums and even some home decor items.  My focus is how to share what we do so you can create something pretty, functional and you can do it with a group of supportive women.
